PURPOSE

The processing of personal data is carried out for the administrative management of users’ data. Any purpose other than those stated will be previously communicated to the owners of the personal data for their corresponding authorisation.

LEGAL STANDING

The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the interested party. Your data will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the period of time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

RECIPIENTS

Data will not be communicated to third parties except in the case of legal obligations. There is no international transfer of data.

RIGHTS

All customers and users have the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data. They may exercise the RIGHT OF ACCESS or to consult their personal data, the RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION in order to modify erroneous or incomplete data, the RIGHT TO ERASURE or cancellation of their personal data when these are no longer necessary for the purposes for which the processing was required, the RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING, the RIGHT TO OBJECT to the processing, or the RIGHT TO PORTABILITY of their personal data before the Data Controller or before the Data Protection Representative.

You are also entitled to submit a complaint before the competent control authority, in this case the Basque Data Protection Agency.
